Meet the Board
2026 Sioux Empire DOVIA Board Members

President
Paige Schultz
Hello! I’m Paige, and I’m excited to step into the role of DOVIA President for 2026. I graduated from South Dakota State University with a Bachelor’s in Sports, Recreation, and Park Management and a Master’s in Sport and Recreation Administration. I’ve been the Volunteer Coordinator at the Outdoor Campus – Sioux Falls since June 2021, and I love every minute of it! My work at the Outdoor Campus also lets me be part of the Casting for Recovery – South Dakota team, where we organize free fly fishing retreats for breast cancer survivors.
Working with volunteers who give their all to make our community better is what gets me up and ready to go every day. Outside of work, I’m hanging out with my husband, Ben, and our son, Henry. I’m all about hiking, camping, kayaking, climbing, fly fishing, snowboarding—you name it. If it involves the outdoors, I’m in!

Vice President
Andy Wingert
Andy Wingert is proud to serve as Vice President of Dovia and works as the Volunteer Coordinator at the St. Francis House, where he enjoys connecting people with meaningful ways to serve the community. Outside of work, Andy and his wife Laura love to travel, garden, and cook together, and they share their home with four very spoiled cats.

Past President
Isabella Oliver
My name is Bella, and I serve as the DOVIA Past President for 2026. My first experience coordinating volunteers was in High School as a Serving and Learning Together (SALSA) Youth Action Council leader. I continued on to serve on Augustana’s Serving and Learning Together (SALT) board for 4 years in college. After graduating from Augie with a degree in Psychology, I worked in various human services positions until I entered the field of volunteer management as the Eastern Volunteer Coordinator with Feeding South Dakota. My current role is with The Helpline Center as the Volunteer Connections Manager. I love promoting volunteerism across the state. My greatest blessings are my two little ones, Brooks (3) and Isla (2), alongside my husband, Andrew.

Treasurer
Meradith Harris
Hello! My name is Meradith Harris, and I’m honored to serve as the DOVIA Treasurer. I hold a B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies from South Dakota State University and am currently pursuing my Master’s in Professional School Counseling through Northwestern College, with a focus on high school students and post-secondary exploration.
I work as the Youth Volunteer/SALSA Specialist at the Helpline Center, where I connect high school students with meaningful volunteer opportunities across the community. My passion for volunteerism began during an internship with The Outdoor Campus and continues to shape my work today.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Schuylar, and our dog, Olive. I’m excited to bring my organization, collaboration, and passion for service to my role as DOVIA Treasurer.

Secretary
Alyssa Albrecht
I'm Alyssa Albrecht, and I’m the Eastern Volunteer Coordinator at Feeding South Dakota. I bring previous experience in a Secretary role, having served from 2016-2017 with Toastmasters at Wells Fargo. During my time with Toastmasters, I also held positions as Sergeant at Arms (2015-2016) and Vice President of Membership (2017-2018).
My professional journey has included roles in processing, underwriting, and compliance in the mortgage industry, followed by a focus on solar energy loans. In 2023, I changed my career path and joined Feeding South Dakota’s Development team.
With a background in Psychology and as a registered yoga instructor, I’ve gained skills in clear communication, attention to detail, and organization. I am excited to serve as 2025-2026 DOVIA Secretary.
